RaceFlow Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-10
RaceFlow does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information with Team Baba or third parties.
Workout plans, app settings, active workout information, and workout history are stored only in local storage on the user's device.
The current version does not require an account, use a Team Baba server, access Apple Health, or include advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.
1. Personal Information Collection
RaceFlow does not request or collect the user's name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, health information, payment information, advertising identifier, or other personal information.
The app does not provide account registration or login. Team Baba therefore does not create or maintain a user profile for RaceFlow.
2. Data Stored Locally on the Device
RaceFlow stores only the information needed to operate the app on the user's device. This local app data is not transmitted to or accessible by Team Baba.
Local app data remains on the device unless the user deletes RaceFlow or removes the app data through the device's settings.
| Local Data | Purpose | Storage |
|---|---|---|
| Workout plans and exercise stages | Create and run a multi-stage workout | Local device storage |
| Targets, time, and transitions | Maintain the configured workout sequence | Local device storage |
| App settings and active workout selection | Keep the user's selected setup available | Local device storage |
| Completed workout history | Allow the user to review previous sessions | Local device storage |
3. Server, Network, and Third-Party Services
RaceFlow does not upload workout plans, settings, or workout history to a Team Baba server or cloud database.
The current version does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, or third-party data-collection services.
If the app communicates between the user's paired devices, that communication is used only to operate RaceFlow on those devices and is not sent to or collected by Team Baba.
4. Health and Sensor Information
The current RaceFlow version does not request Apple Health permission and does not read, write, collect, or transmit Apple Health data.
RaceFlow does not collect heart rate, location, motion, fitness, or other sensor information for Team Baba.
5. Sharing, Sale, Advertising, and Tracking
Because RaceFlow does not collect personal information, Team Baba does not share or sell personal information or workout data.
RaceFlow does not use locally stored data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or cross-app tracking.
6. Retention and Deletion
Team Baba does not retain RaceFlow data because the app does not send that data to Team Baba.
Local app data remains on the user's device until the user deletes RaceFlow or clears the app data. RaceFlow has no user account, so no separate account-deletion request is required.
7. Future Platform or Feature Changes
Android support is planned as a future platform expansion. This privacy policy will be reviewed and updated before an Android version or any feature that changes data handling is released.
If a future RaceFlow version adds a server, account, cloud synchronization, analytics, advertising, health-data access, or another data-processing feature, Team Baba will update this policy and the applicable store privacy disclosure before release.
8. User-Initiated Support and Contact
RaceFlow does not collect an email address through the app. If a user voluntarily contacts Team Baba by email, Team Baba receives only the information the user chooses to include in that message.
Information provided in a user-initiated support email is used only to review and respond to the inquiry.
